Board governance and oversight:

 
Rabbi Greenman's vicious attack on me and the '20 million dollars arbitration award' he obtained against me in order to hush me up will not help. Telling people that I am a 'pathological liar' is not going to help refute the evidence.

As I wrote earlier, Aish NY hasn't held any board meetings since Feb. of 2009.

The reason was simple, Rabbi Greenman felt and shared with me on multiple occasions that because the board was not donating to him there was no reason to have these 'intrusive' meetings.

Since 2009 thru mid Sept. 2013 the board --Mr. Hochfelder, Mr. Kuflik, Ms. Orringer-Kahn and Mr. Goldstein -- donated a combined total of $194,288. That figure is comprised of $116,850 from Mr. Hochfelder, $58,438 from Mr. Kuflik and the rest from Ms. Orringer-Kahn.

Mr. Kuflik thought that he was giving monies to the Aish Center and Project Inspire - however, unbeknown to him, Rabbi Greenman took a 'fee' for Aish NY for 'processing' the donations.(see detail in the spread sheet - under the sorted by donor tab). Even Mr. Kuflik's donation of $50K in early 2013 was in fact from a secret account that was established by Mr. Kuflik on behalf of Aish NY at Brahman Capital in 2004. That account was never reported, but is fully documented in Rabbi Greenman's email communications with Mr. Kuflik and the detailed notes in Rabbi Greenman's Act database.
